Sapanca House is a contemporary retreat nestled in nature, where bold architectural gestures meet refined material harmony. The design blends sculptural concrete forms with warm stone textures, creating a dialogue between permanence and openness.
Framed by generous arches and layered terraces, the structure offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, while privacy screens and tropical landscaping provide intimacy and balance. Bronze lion sculptures guard the garden like silent symbols of strength and stillness—amplifying the villa's calm authority.
This house doesn’t just occupy space—it shapes it with intention, light, and silence.
